The Organizing Committee invites you to contribute to the sponsorship fund to reduce registration fees for presenters with limited or no funding opportunities. Your contribution helps keep the conference running and ensures broader access for all, fostering greater inclusion and participation.
Registration Fee Statement: You are encouraged to pay the highest amount you can afford within the equitable fee structure. Please note that, at the discretion of the Organizing Committee, proof of limited or lack of institutional support may be requested to determine the appropriate fee level. ​If you have any questions regarding fee levels, please contact us.

*For students, staff, and faculty, "institutional support" refers to financial assistance provided by your university, research institution, nonprofit or cultural organization, private company, or professional association to help cover costs related to attending or presenting at conferences, such as registration fees or travel expenses.
​**"Limited" institutional support is when the funding from your institution covers less than 50 percent of your direct conference expenses.
​Expenses include airfare, registration fee (meals are included in this fee), and hotel costs.

Conference attendance for non-presenters

Only presenters will have remote (online) access to their respective panels.
We invite non-presenters who want to attend the conference to join us on-site. Additional information and registration rates for non-presenters will be posted here in the coming weeks.

Additional information

​Meals: Registration to the conference includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee or tea breaks from the opening to the closing of the conference. 
​Refund Policy Statement: Refund requests can be made up to thirty days from the date of your registration. Refunds cannot be made after thirty days from the date of your registration or any time after September 1st, 2025.
Cash payment options: To help with other accessibility barriers, the Organizing Committee will work with presenters who do not have access to a credit or debit card to make online payments for registration or to book hotel accommodations. Please contact us to request assistance.
