Accommodation

HOTELS : The conference has reserved accommodation in selected hotels for Burma Studies 2010 participants. The hotels are located downtown, within walking distance. The rooms will be attributed on a first come first served basis. Please, note that if there are no more rooms in the chosen hotel category, PROMO SCIENCES will suggest another category of hotel and/or price, depending on the availability. The deadline for the hotel reservation is April 30th, 2010. After this date, the availability of rooms is no longer guaranteed.

HOSTEL APARTMENTS : A limited number of hostel apartments have also been reserved for those willing to share an apartment.•  
The single apartment (1-2 persons) includes a private washroom and a bed-sitting area (double bed).•  
The one-bedroom apartment (double, triple or quadruple occupancy) includes a private washroom, living room with double hide-a-bed and bedroom with double bed. All apartments are equipped with a small kitchen
The deadline for the hostel apartments reservation is April 15th, 2010. After this date, the availability of apartments is no longer guaranteed.
 
Kindly Note : Registration and Hotel bookings will be made only if payment is sent. Payment must be in Euros. All charges due to bank transfer or payment by cheque have to be paid by the participant
